A new member should:
- Have formally joined the choir (filled out all paperwork, paid dues, etc.)
- Have received new member information/packet.
- Be oriented by section leader or membership chair on approved concert dress.
- Have attended at least three choir rehearsals.
- Have sung scheduled event songs during rehearsal and know the lyrics/song/map of those songs.
Note: Mosaic Harmony strives to deliver the highest quality performance possible at every event. In order to do so, it is incumbent upon us to ensure that all singers have a solid command of the songs being performed. While we want choir members to be able to perform with the choir “when they feel ready,” the choir director and assistant director reserve the right to request that a member attend additional rehearsals before performing with the choir.
