The Assistant Director is the point person for incoming performance requests and scheduling. Should you have an event that you would like to propose, please contact the Assistant Director at concerts@mosaicharmony.org.
In response to a potential concert engagement, the Assistant Director provides a personal note that introduces an information package containing brochures, musical demos, and press kit. These same materials are available to all interested groups that you think might consider hosting a concert performance for their church, civic, or professional group.
With regard to a specific request, the Assistant Director is responsible for coordinating with the Director and Musicians to determine their availability and the appropriateness of the event. Once a decision has been reached and approved by the Board, the Assistant Director will inform the contact person and address all aspects of the concert performance with the host organization, including the time, place, and nature; technical requirements; applicable fee; appropriateness of providing free CDs; and attendance of family and friends of choir members.
